Emotional Vegan Food

Our history

Over 30 years of vegan life experience, an analytical work methodology, maternal love, passion, and my life partner Juan, who with his training, support, artistic vision, and enthusiasm have given life to "Emotional Vegan Food," offering you a culinary alternative without losing the flavors and sensations, a varied nutritional alternative adapted to today's needs.

We spend our hours researching, creating, replacing, innovating, discovering textures and flavors—all under nutritional control.

We strive to evoke emotions experienced around the table. This can only be achieved with dedication, experience, care, and, above all, a passion for cooking.

Natalia Jackson

Vegan Chef and Nutrition Advisor. Recipe Creator. Teacher.

More than 30 years of vegan life.

My first contact with vegetarianism began as a child, thanks to the encouragement of my mother, who always made something different, delicious, and eye-catching. As I grew older, my curiosity followed suit; over the years, "being vegetarian" became a fascinating alternative. I combined my university education in computer science with my training as a chef with the best chef; my mother.

Between computer science lessons and cooking, I turned my life into a fascinating laboratory. I graduated as a "Systems Analyst in Computer Science ," but discovered that veganism was my life philosophy; I traded databases, data flow diagrams, software architecture programming, and related modeling for a hat, knife, and apron.

My more than 30 years of experience have given life to "Emotional Vegan Food".

I complemented my cooking knowledge with nutritional knowledge by studying a Higher Technician in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Juan Carlos Nieto

JUAN: "When I met Natalia and she confessed to me that she was vegetarian, I thought, "she's the first vegetarian I've ever met," and curiosity led me to ask question after question, while trying every dish she cooked and being amazed by the flavors, smells, and variety of her dishes.

Eating was a panacea and it didn't take me long to become a vegetarian, although I did it gradually and after 7 years I had already achieved it.

Vegan was a different story, as eggs were my particular culinary weakness. But since Natalia was already cooking vegan, I ended up eating vegan for 7 days and only eating one egg every few days. So making the decision to go vegan was just a matter of saying, "Starting tomorrow." And I did it. I've been vegan for 9 years, and day after day, together with Natalia, I strive to cook our grandmothers' recipes in a vegan version.
